¹¹ The PWA World Heavyweight Championship was declared vacant on February 21, 2006, after a triple threat match between champion Jackie Baccaro, Jaguar, and Greg Tantalus on February 14, 2006 ended with Jaguar and Tantalus both pinning Baccaro simultaneously. The next week, CEO Kerry Cox declared the title vacant, and scheduled a one-night single-elimination tournament for the title on March 11 at the Salvation pay-per-view. At that show, Jason Calysto defeated Jackie Baccaro in the tournament finals to become the new champion
