Reigning

This was a tournament final to crown the first PWA Champion. During the reign, Calysto defeated Mike Griffin to unify the PWA title with the CAW/FSW Championship

This was a Seven Deadly Sins match that also featured Jaguar, Vulture, Jason Calysto, Mike Troha, Superstar Scott Hosemann, and James Biamonte

This was a triple threat match that also featured Jason Calysto

This was a Seven Deadly Sins match that also featured Jaguar, Vulture, Mike Griffin, Greg Tantalus, The Machine, and Rudy Montenora

This was an Elimination Chamber match that also featured Jaguar, Mike Tortorici, Mike Griffin, and Greg Tantalus

On May 18, 2004, GI Jew was forced to vacate the title due to injury

The vacant title was decided in the 30-man Symphony of Destruction, which Scythe won by last eliminating The Machine

This was an Iron Man match. Solomon won two falls to none

This was a triple threat match that also featured Jaguar

The Progressive World Heavyweight Championship was unified into the PWA World Heavyweight Championship on September 17, 2005, when Greg Tantalus won an Elimination Chamber match that also featured Jackie Baccaro, Jaguar, Romeo, Jason Calysto, and Scythe

The PWA World Heavyweight Championship was declared vacant on February 21, 2006, after a triple threat match between champion Jackie Baccaro, Jaguar, and Greg Tantalus on February 14, 2006 ended with Jaguar and Tantalus both pinning Baccaro simultaneously. The next week, CEO Kerry Cox declared the title vacant, and scheduled a one-night single-elimination tournament for the title on March 11 at the Salvation pay-per-view. At that show, Jason Calysto defeated Jackie Baccaro in the tournament finals to become the new champion

This title victory occurred at Everlasting Epic V, the final night of the PWA’s existence. This championship was retired along with the company on that night, Aug. 12, 2006, but Jaguar was restored as champion May 11, 2010 upon the premiere of PWA: The Rebirth. In terms of record-keeping, title reigns that were allowed to continue from the end of PWA in 2006 to the start of The Rebirth in 2010 will get three days tacked onto their reign in the interim (representing the distance from the Saturday PPV to the Tuesday TV broadcast).

This was a triple threat match that also featured Showtime Damon Savage. Crowley was credited with four days towards his title reign upon the start of episode 1 of The Rebirth's second season, which began March 15, 2011 (since three live events took place during this interim).

Savage was credited with four days towards his title reign upon the start of episode 11 of The Rebirth's second season, which aired July 5, 2011, following a six-week hiatus after Savage's title victory at Symphony of Destruction and carrying the championship through three live events during this interim.

This was the 30-man Symphony of Destruction match with Solomon's PWA Championship on the line. Evan Black won the title after last eliminating Chase Stone.
